Introducing the INSYNC Launchpad

To find and empower the best developers, we’ve created the INSYNC Launchpad - a program designed to help you sharpen your skills and prove your expertise. It’s split into two parts:

  1. Learning Modules: A structured curriculum to elevate your skills.

  2. The INSYNC Test: A hands-on challenge where you demonstrate what you’ve learned by tackling real-world scenarios.

Even if you’re starting from scratch, the Launchpad is designed to guide you step-by-step. By completing all four modules, you’ll gain the knowledge and confidence needed to ace the INSYNC Test.

Here’s the kicker: the better you perform on the test, the higher your chances of joining our team - and the better your starting salary will be.

Ready to dive in? Let’s break down the modules:

Module 1: WIX Studio Essentials

We kick things off by covering the basics of WIX Studio. If you’ve been working with the classic WIX Editor, we’ll help you bridge the gap and master the unique features of WIX Studio.

Module 2: Technical Fundamentals of WIX Studio

This module focuses on the core technical skills you’ll need, like layout design and responsiveness—arguably the most crucial aspect of your work at INSYNC. You’ll also get an intro to dynamic content systems and forms.

Module 3: Animations and Advanced Effects

Great layouts are the foundation, but animations and effects take our websites to the next level. Here, you’ll learn how to create slick animations that enhance user experience and make our sites truly stand out.

Module 4: Website Optimization

The final module dives into optimization techniques, including on-page SEO basics and other key tweaks that turn a good website into a great one.

The INSYNC Test

After completing all four modules, you’ll be ready for the INSYNC Test. This is your chance to shine! You’ll tackle a demo project using the WIX Studio Editor, applying everything you’ve learned to create a site that showcases your skills.
